USA Truck is driven to be a premier North American transportation solutions provider that improves the lives of team members, customers, industry partners, and our communities. We promote a culture of trust in a safe, fun, and friendly environment where people grow and thrive.

In 1983, we started with fewer than 10 tractors in operation and now, with more than 1,600 driving team members, we are regarded as one of the nation’s largest over-the-road Truckload carriers. Our distinctive white tractors and trailers bearing the bar and star logo is an ode to our nation’s military from one of our founders, a former military aviator. Under that banner, we provide capacity solutions to a wide customer base throughout North America.

Good pay and schedule, but if they have to make any cuts or schedule changes. They will not give you any notice. Also management is not the best with communication.

Up until Aug of 22 they were pretty good. When db schenker bought them out its been terrible ever since. They're taking 30%of linehaul AND 30% of fsc. Canceled loads are now a norm. Very low morale. Most o/o are leaving rapidly! Lease drivers are suffering the WORST. Might be ok for company drivers

The pay is low and the endorsements aren’t there yet but just hang in there and get as much experience you can great For a st...
