Be upfront/ honest about bonus pay schedules and not change it on drivers without notice. Communication during weekends and nights needs work. Slow down your dispatch speed to account for construction and mountains fully loaded. Dont demand your drivers use personal conveyance because you forced dispatched them with loads they dont have hours for. Stop rotating shifts on drivers and understand sleep cycles need to be routine for healthy rest.
