Good and bad
Driver (Former Employee) - Waxahachie, TX - September 20, 2023

The most useful review selected by IndeedGood pay and schedule, but if they have to make any cuts or schedule changes. They will not give you any notice. Also management is not the best with communication.

Went from good to terrible
Owner/Operator (Current Employee) - Atlanta, GA - September 12, 2023
Up until Aug of 22 they were pretty good. When db schenker bought them out its been terrible ever since. They're taking 30%of linehaul AND 30% of fsc. Canceled loads are now a norm. Very low morale. Most o/o are leaving rapidly! Lease drivers are suffering the WORST. Might be ok for company drivers

Personal opinion
CDL Class A Driver (Current Employee) - Van Buren, AR - September 3, 2023
My personal also I may hvary given your experience. The hometime is great, but they may vary depending on the fleet and how you run via dedicated, otr or regional. If your are wanting to get home ask the day before and It’s always easier to get weekdays off versus weekends. The pay is low and the endorsements aren’t there yet but just hang in there and get as much experience you can great For a starter company that don’t force you into teams.
Pros
Hometime
Cons
Pay

Good trucks that’s it
OTR Truck Driver (Former Employee) - Atlanta, GA - August 19, 2023
Ok trucks that’s all, pay was so so. To make a decent paycheck you had to drive to some state drivers don’t normally want to go. But they where definitely about keeping their trucks up

O/o pay
Owner/Operator (Current Employee) - Van Buren, AR - August 14, 2023
Not the best or the worse. They take a lot of your line haul and fuel surcharge. Trailers are junk. Load board rates are pathetic. They are more concerned with company drivers getting loads than you

It's Ok
Team Driver (Current Employee) - Phoenix, AZ - August 12, 2023
Started pretty good, had a dedicated route from CA to TN but then do like most trucking company with OTR drivers: began to run us away from our home area. Now I've had two consecutive situations where we've had to drive empty at least 1,000+ miles to get home. And that's without pay.

Great place to start
Mechanic (Former Employee) - West Memphis, AR - August 12, 2023
Wonderful place to begin a career in Tractor/Trailer mechanics. Pay and benefits were pretty good and there was the ability to advance in pay as well as management.

Not the worst company, but could use improvement
Owner/Operator (Former Employee) - West Memphis, AR - August 11, 2023
Was here as an owner op. When i first came on things were great. I could run 3-4 days and be home 3-4 day and still make a good living. You got 100% of the fsc, and plenty of freight on the load board. After a few months things started to decline. They went to the all-inclusive rate, and we lost fsc as rates didn't go up. Didn't have much of a fuel discount, so most drivers used their own fuel card. As time went on, us drivers discovered lies about fuel discounts, taking 15% off the top of the load before it even hit the board (USA got 35% of the rate posted on the board so that's 50% total), and a few other things that irritated many drivers. This, combined with declining rates caused many drivers to leave, myself included. Overall, it's not the worst and i left on good terms.
Pros
Load board, take hometime when you want
Cons
Poor fuel discount, lying management

Good job
Truck Driver (Current Employee) - Tipp City, OH - July 24, 2023
Overall good place to work learned a lot If you take the time they can train you and do what you’re supposed to do. I was an independent contractor so I had a lot of free reign to do what I want to do nobody really stop me from doing anything. Tried to go to work is a Company Drivers because wanted more consistency and pay

Not productive
Driver (Former Employee) - Tipp City, OH - July 18, 2023
Trainer use to play with the future and carrier of new driver. I get 3 or 4 times of backing during training and get failed on test time. They put bad remarks on my job history. Good for experience driver and stay away newly graduate driver

Bad experience
Owner/Operator (Former Employee) - California - July 7, 2023
I wish there was a option for less than 1 star , I had one load in my whole trucking load as a owner operator and I never had such a bad experience these people are unreliable, disrespectful to my team (dispatchers) and myself, for there mistakes they will try to blame you and they don’t want to pay they pay the worst price in the whole market. Because of there unprofessionalism I wasted my whole week. Do not work with them you will regret it.
Pros
Nothing
Cons
Everything

You always have a job
OTR Driver (Former Employee) - Van Buren, AR - June 30, 2023
You always have a job, but you may lose your family. In my experience they could never get you home on time. Missed a lot of appointments and family events. Planners and driver manager don't communicate until it's to late. There are people who care within the company, but it seems they have no power, authority, or Initiative to make on the spot decisions.
Pros
You'll always have a job
Cons
Poor home time, takes hours to get intouch with dispatch, lots of finger pointing

Great place to work.
Team Driver OTR (Former Employee) - Tipp City, OH - June 21, 2023
Was on the pods dedicated account. The two John's were fantastic to work with and for. All assignments were done via email. Set your own pick up and delivery times within the confines of the pick up and delivery window
