I work at the UA corporate office located in beautiful downtown Ft. Lauderdale, FL but I began my career in the field as a Store Manager 15 years ago. I feel confident that I will stay with UA until I am ready to retire (or as long as I am needed). UA has allowed me to advance from entry level management to executive based on my performance and experience. I love the excitement and pace of working for UA; there are always new initiatives, new projects, new opportunities.
UA encourages self-management, creativity, a sense of ownership and a drive for continuous improvement. Employees at all levels and status are sought out for feedback and ideas, everyone's opinion matters. UA isn't perfect but we build on our successes and learn from our mistakes. Our number one priority in all areas of the company is providing outstanding customer service, both externally and internally.
