Well I am convinced that Uber is not for me. Seems like a greedy and selfish company to work for. Too bad.

About 1 person in 5 tips. I sometimes get good tips. I got one tip for over $250. I took care of all her needs, got her to Disney World, helped with her reservations and tickets. That was a strange day.
Yes, I kept the tips!

I drive for Uber but most times Uber makes more than driver when no tip included... If and when tipped that's when driver makes more than Uber.. Drivers should never make less than a gallon of gas... Just saying... Drivers should also get paid when in route to pick up..

Tips? Nonexistent thanks to original Uber policy. Tipping now avail on app but don’t count on it
In over 450 trips I’ve received maybe 5 tips and my rating is 4.80

How do you set up the app to receive tips? Currently Uber driving in Orlando, FL

Yes drivers keep their tips even if a rider tips you after 5 days of taking the ride. You will still see the tip included with your earnings with date and time of rider request.

What tip? Uber tells the riders that the tip is included, very wrong, so tips are slim to none. Apply for Lyft, much better company and they don't tell the riders that bull &%$##! They also allow a tip on the ap. Uber also cheats the drivers. They charge the rider a different amount than they tell the driver.

Uber treats drivers like #@#%:!!!!!! Bad pay.the say "tips not required
" thats wrong. You drive around more not getting paid, than you do delivering. Lots of wear and tear on car, you see where out tax dollars aren't going, the roads!!!! Not worth the time . one word to describe uber. GREED.
