The horrible pay and the fact that out of 100 drivers starting only 4 will still be driving a year later. That tells investors and perspective drivers everything they need to know.
The most stressful part about this job is when you deliver the food and the customer right away notices that something is wrong and they blame you. As drivers, our only job is to pick up the food and bring it to the customer safely, it's actually somewhat inappropriate to look in someone's bag. Also on our end of the app we don't even see everything the customer has ordered.

The amount of money that Uber takes from my pay is the most stressful and discouraging thing about working for them. They charge a fee for everything - booking fee, finder's fee, app fee, driving fee, breathing fee, turn right fee, turn left fee, pressing the gas pedal fee, pressing the brake fee, complaining about Uber fee. They really suck.

I worked from 4 a.m. till about 6-7 p.m. The early morning is a great time for fares but can be rough on your body.
