Riders will more than likely rate you poorly, they are after all paying for the service. The call can wait, i'd say if it's immediate family and they call back a 2nd or 3rd time i'd ask the rider, do you mind if I answer this call to let them know i'll call them back once I drop you off. Riders are pretty cool and understandable.
