2 Speeding tickets disqualify you unless u get the points removed since that will disqualify you from CDL certification if you took that route. It's based on state law and regulations.

3 strikes your out , period! I was fired from Uber today. As soon as the strike 3 shows on your DMV record. Checker the background check company knows and you will be deactivated the very next day. THATS 3 strikes in 3 years!! I started to work for Uber April 2018 Perfect driving record, GOT into an at fault accident in June 2018 with the accident received a ticket for improper lane chamge. Strike 1 and 2 at same moment!! This accident had police report thats how they find out. was rear ended by a driver 2 months later , they admitted fault at seane and I was smart and did not call police and settled through my insurance. Both accident s was not driving for Uber . Still strike 2 This past December I get a ticket going 12 over in a 25 , was tricked because it was going off highway with green light and speed limit went from 55 to 25 riight away no warning . Went to court in Feb 2019 and pleaded my case and was laughed at and was convinced for 9 over instead of 12 over on 2/5/19, on 2/20/19 it posted to my record . Checker found out right away , ran background check to finalize strike 3 This morning get emails from Uber and checker that background check was refreshed and so not meet requirements to drive for Uber no more hit the road jack!!! Still able to drive Lyft for now and of course I can still deliver for the more laid back Doordash and. Postmates since you are just moving food around. Well unless it's Uber eats was fired from that too. Looking for a new job now , I do have a MBA so that may save me lol. Hope this helps , Uber is evil. Remember any accident is a strike , your fault or not. If it is your fault you will likely get a ticket with it and be a double jepority deal , any moving violation counts even my 34/25 no matter what. IF YOU go in with an accident already on your record you need to to be perfect , you can lose your job with Uber within weeks of getting it with the real time checks now in place. It is a joke , hope Uber goes down in a ball of flames

3 strikes and you're out. Unless you pay for a ticket you're not guilty and it doesn't show up on your record. Try to stall and reschedule as much as you can. If it's a city that doesn't suspend you for not paying the ticket then Sit on it until something drops of your record.
