Front facing Customer Service disaster.
Expert (Current Employee) – New York, NY – September 24, 2018
This company has no transparency, they never tell their employees what's going on, instead, you find out on the news. The managers in this "hub" are a bunch of millennials who sits upstairs on their laptop doing god knows about and spends their "meeting" talking about what they're going to do after work. Their work culture is horrible, they treat their Uber drivers equally as bad as their own "people". The only good part about working in this job are the benefits, free lunch, good health care ( which includes free therapy) and a 401k. This job is is not for the weak, be prepared to deal with 30 different personalities in one shift and unhappy drivers for Uber.
Free Lunch, Credits for Uber rides/ eats, 410k, Healthcare
Short breaks, micro management
