UC Davis is a great place to do research and apply what you learn in your major after graduation. This university has great labs headed by PI's that give you a chance to publish your projects.

Worked at their Cole B Animal facility. It was a small facilities with a crew around 5 people. The manager was kind and I learn a lot about animal husbandry. No career growth and it was hard work.
