Eliminate floor and upper management in certain departments in the clinics and hospitals so that current employees are not subjected to retaliation methods and constant micromanaging that eventually leads to good employees leaving.Thus substaining the disfunctional environment and providing job security to management that lack basic moral and social skills,that use intimidation and bullying to ensure their very own agenda.

Based in Union Contract. If you are on top of the scale already, you do not benefit from raise because they just give you a cash on hand instead of per hour.

Poor management treatment towards employees in most areas in the hospital and clinics. Constant threat to retaliate towards employees who report they are being treated unfairly. Managers are kept even when multiple report to HR are reported
