If you were in charge, what would you do to make UC Davis Health a better place to work?
UCD welcomes bullying and favoritism. Manager t tends to punish the people who work and care instead of stepping-up and discipling staff that routinely cause a problem. When the problem staff sees others getting in trouble they fly straight until things calm fake. This makes for a tense work environment. We do not have a strong union so management moves however they please. Expectations vary greatly from employee to employee.
The overall company is innovative and always makes sure their employees are taken care of with great benefits
