Eliminate floor and upper management in certain departments in the clinics and hospitals so that current employees are not subjected to retaliation methods and constant micromanaging that eventually leads to good employees leaving.Thus substaining the disfunctional environment and providing job security to management that lack basic moral and social skills,that use intimidation and bullying to ensure their very own agenda.
