Had a great interview wirh the hiring manager Alex and was told as long as my reff(which they did) checked out I'd be hired one of my friend's work at UCSD that's how i got the initial interview.
I never heard anything back at all i emailed and called and no response all i wanted to know if there was a descrepancy if any that i could fix on my part because i went on a few more interviews at UCSD after that one and also never heard anything back all the managers are connected and all talk i know how this works im in the medical field to, so im being blocked and this is very unfair and un professional i know they can not call all the candidates back but to sit there and lie. I caught the lie on a phone message left on my phone and a Email. I was super excited to join UCSD and wanting to come and work but after being treated this way i don't think i would want to work for a organization like this it only takes a few bad seeds to ruin it for everyone's reputation im sure not everyone is like this at UCSD but there are some. Where was my equal opportunity at?
Thanks for nothing and all the time i spent preparing for my i interviews and all the unpaid time i took off from work to go and drive far to these interviews i even turned down another great position while waiting for this Alex manager to get back to me just to keep wondering like a dummy..

I interviewed with TES and the hiring manger on the phone. It was very easy and quick. I was hired in 45 minutes!

The MSO spoke like a robot, I didn't know if she was serious or not. Not very personable.
