The CEO needs to look at the Sr. Clinical leadership and the turnover in highly educated, experienced staff that have left UCare in the past 4 yrs. The current Sr. Clinical Leadership lacks the education and experience; but more importantly lacks professional attributes required for this highly visible role. Disturbing this exclusive role is able to influence employment/HR decisions; esp. when it affects professionals with more education and experience.

Knowing that management throughout doesn't change, but the evolving worker bees for which UCare profits, changes seasonally. Don't expect the infamous employee recognition award unless you're connected or serve a particular purpose that usually involves a diversity component.
