The CEO needs to look at the Sr. Clinical leadership and the turnover in highly educated, experienced staff that have left UCare in the past 4 yrs. The current Sr. Clinical Leadership lacks the education and experience; but more importantly lacks professional attributes required for this highly visible role. Disturbing this exclusive role is able to influence employment/HR decisions; esp. when it affects professionals with more education and experience.
