Its a good place to work. I find it to be an excellent place for the providers. There is good culture amongst the providers and the patients are happy to be there.

just too much work. the workflow changes often. coworkers are great but lot of rude customers. management is decent and try to help you. but problem is there a lot of angry customers and patients. Company is short staffed.

MS/tele with ratios 1:4-1:6. It wasn't bad, but not getting a report from ER was not ideal. Insulin drips on the floor was new for me but you get used to it. Would work their again however.

Interesting work . There are lots of opportunities to learn. Several interesting case studies you may never see in a smaller hospital. However, the management is poor and the turn over is ridiculously high (including management turnover). Always short staffed. Several mandated shifts per week.
