Culture is synonymous with lacking integrity. Patient and staff are a low priority.

Once new leadership came in, my dept fell apart. Poor communication, lack of compassion, lack of knowledge about our jobs. Ect. HR has been pretty good navigating thru the mess, however, not fast enough and the manager is still there.

HR is useless, inconsistent, plays favorites, and completely interferes when not necessary. They'll make your life miserable if you rub them the wrong way, or defend yourself.

Very poor for both. I have nothing good to add to the equation here.
Unless someone comes in and "cleans house" it will never change for the better, although some might disagree, it would be those who are followers, not leaders.
