Culture is synonymous with lacking integrity. Patient and staff are a low priority.
Once new leadership came in, my dept fell apart. Poor communication, lack of compassion, lack of knowledge about our jobs. Ect. HR has been pretty good navigating thru the mess, however, not fast enough and the manager is still there.
There is no respect to cultures
HR is useless, inconsistent, plays favorites, and completely interferes when not necessary. They'll make your life miserable if you rub them the wrong way, or defend yourself.
