Apply online and then you’re called in for an interview. Interview with the manager and depending on certain departments, they may want you to interview twice. If you make a good impression, they may even call you back that day and make an offer. And then you start the background process and schedule and appointment to do your drug test.

Nurse recruiters only work for certain managers and will only set you up with the department they represent, it takes forever to get an interview and they don’t always let you know if you don’t get hired. You have to be very proactive
