Work environment is ok. It all depends on the department you work in . Just make sure you come to work and do your job. Try not to take your job home with you. UF is not a place where you can make friends because there is a lot of back stabbing. Do your 8 or 12 hours and go home. Be ready and prepared to do it all over again. Every day is different.

A lot of new grads and therefore turnover. The nurses that stay longer than a few years can be cliquey.

I thoroughly enjoyed my work experience there. Followed properly, 15 minute breaks are okay and encouraged. Co workers were fun and experienced making my time there special. Everyone believes in excellent patient care and we strive to resolve any concerns, requests, or non Uf Health related issues with sincerity and passion.

While still has room for improvement the Nursing Department is focused on the bedside nurse. A healthy work environment is a priority for the management.

Work environment is fair they need to adjust staffing Patient ratio is a bit high but the co-workers are great people. Team work is great
