About Us

At UFP Technologies, Shaping Innovation® is more than just a catchy tagline. It’s in our DNA.

From helping medical device companies bring their life-saving products to market...designing components for car manufacturers to make their vehicles more fuel efficient...improving the safety and comfort of our military by providing lightweight and durable protection for vital combat equipment and tools…using 100% recycled material to create environmentally friendly packaging materials to help save our forests…we help our customers Shape Innovation each and every day.

Shaping Innovation goes deeper than our customers. We help our employees Shape their own Innovation.

At UFP, we believe in promoting from within. We have countless colleagues who have started their careers at UFP on the factory floor with very little experience, but through hard work, training, initiative and mentoring, they’ve risen through the ranks to become engineers, managers, and leaders of our organization.

We help our people Shape Innovation by providing compensation and benefits to allow them to own a home, protect their families’ health, educate their kids, and save for retirement.

If this sounds like something you’d like to be a part of… How can we help you Shape your Innovation?
