Small firm dealing with Facility Mgmt and some data

Not impressed. This company sought after me from the consultant industry and folded the company selling it to a European company only after I worked there 2 years. The new company gave everyone employed there under 5 years a severance. The company is stretched "thin" trying to make the jump to serve clients on a bigger IT Networking need. They're behind the curve and should stick to what the original owners of the company (deceased) were upholding (promoting from within and sustaining a strong employee family orientated business)

A few groups still left here worth working with..
Cons
Always looking to "trim the fat" and Upper Exec are where you want to be in this company

High pressure and result oriented operation

A very busy environment in which financial as well as service quality is expected, working very closely with property and facility managers.

In an industry were results are expected on a daily basis it is important to balance all aspects of the job.

The hardest part of the job is working with, for and hand by hand with different personalities and characters, learning what the customers expects and making sure that what we promise is delivered on time and with a high quality standard.

On this job the reward is the sense of accomplishment and knowing that the customer is happy with the results and knows that this is always consistence in the delivery of service.
