Pros - ability to work remotely and travel as needed to meet customer timeline for delivery. Wonderful management team and workplace culture (many company sponsored get together for team building). One of the most enjoyable places I have worked. Cons - cannot think of any.

Great management team and very transparent. Everyone wants to see you succeed. Unlimited time off and some of the best benefits out there. I was able to attend professional development as well as explore other opportunities within the company.

Company has too many people in senior leadership. Not enough strategic insight or direction provided. Competing priorities which prevents things from moving forward. Also, company culture drastically changed after the company merger.

Senior leadership in my department was completely disconnected and dysfunctional on a good day. This top place to work was a lot of great optics - the facilities were beautiful, but leadership was behind the times. Initiatives to make the department modern had to be driven from bottom outwards, not top down. Planning is suboptimal - new roles are created, filled and then those who bring the very innovation asked for are driven out for going against the grain. While salaries are okay, the bonus plan was not at all competitive. Middle management is underappreciated.

I started when the company was Ultimate Software and worried that a merger would leave me unfulfilled. The company is still top notch to work for and I plan on retiring here. Great Benefits!!
