I applied, and received a call the same day. They had me come and do a face-to-face interview for the first up?! In this day and age you do a phone screening. Total waste of time! Not asked to continue in the interview process.

They are strict and picky! Do not show up to the interview without a tie. Wear a suit if you can. Remove all piercings, cover up tattoos, no crazy hair. If you are not presentable, you will get a courtesy interview but I guarantee you will be walked out after the first interview. If they are actually considering you, you will interviewed multiple times. Also, research the company you are applying for.
