So I took about 6 test from typing,spelling, with a lot of them timed it definitely put some pressure on u. The interview process was extensive but I think I met like 7 different managers. It definitely makes you nervous and uncertain but I think it may be done cuz they really seem to be out for there employees. It took about 3 weeks to finally get a offer

They are strict and picky! Do not show up to the interview without a tie. Wear a suit if you can. Remove all piercings, cover up tattoos, no crazy hair. If you are not presentable, you will get a courtesy interview but I guarantee you will be walked out after the first interview. If they are actually considering you, you will interviewed multiple times. Also, research the company you are applying for.

For corporate jobs pretty standard 8-5 with an hour for lunch. They consider your lunch as part of your work day so that comes out to 45 hours a week. Not required to do much over that.

*Micro manages to the extent that a new term needs to be invented.
*Think, robotic. You're only allowed 4 personal items on your desk and the desk "checks" and restrictions get more ridiculous every year.
