Prepare for the following: two numbers tests, four personality tests, typing test, spelling test, writing sample and a 10 page application. Then you get called for a second interview. Right before the second interview, they will call and say they don't have any training classes. Don't bother to apply/.

They are strict and picky! Do not show up to the interview without a tie. Wear a suit if you can. Remove all piercings, cover up tattoos, no crazy hair. If you are not presentable, you will get a courtesy interview but I guarantee you will be walked out after the first interview. If they are actually considering you, you will interviewed multiple times. Also, research the company you are applying for.

For corporate jobs pretty standard 8-5 with an hour for lunch. They consider your lunch as part of your work day so that comes out to 45 hours a week. Not required to do much over that.

*Micro manages to the extent that a new term needs to be invented.
*Think, robotic. You're only allowed 4 personal items on your desk and the desk "checks" and restrictions get more ridiculous every year.

We look for skills that match the role, but past experience is also weighted strongly to determine if the applicant will align well with our values and thrive in our culture.
