The Owner of the company is a good man, passionate about what the company does, and wants to help. While health ins is good, the deductible is very high and there are no regular pay raises nor much opportunity for growth. There is some stubbornness in the owner with pay increases and allowing people to work from which has resulted in people leaving.

The experience was good and the job was interesting. But, management treats their staff like high school students. Also the people were very unfriendly and did not like to help out. A lot of work place bullying as well

The job experience was nice. But the management was terrible and treated everyone like high school students. If you were not a favorite you were reprimanded often.

There is a lot of micromanaging among departments. Compensation is lower than it should be, but management and owner continuously tell you that you should appreciate what you’re getting. They tell you you’re being paid well. There’s a lot of gaslighting going on. People rarely take accountability for their actions or words and are always passing blame. Training is scattered and while they do try to ensure you know the process, it’s fast moving and you’re regularly being told conflicting information. The benefits were okay, not great. PTO was okay, not great. The best thing was the camaraderie in the office environment, but with COVID that’s gone. Very toxic environment.

It appear that the culture was extremely bias. They did not properly train. The supervisor made you feel incompetent and talked down on you when you ask a question. I absolutely loved what I did but the people there made the place unbearable. They micromanage and you must be mindful because mistakes arent allowed.
