The amount of hours you work really depends on your position in the store. A lot of the hairstylist worked full-time 8-hour days, at the Brow Bar the full timer usually worked 8-hour days, managers usually work 8 hour days, and cashiers don't seem to get a lot of hours even if you're a lead cashier. Cashiers usually worked anywhere from 4 to 6 hours.

I was brought into a room with the manger and we sat down and she talked about the overview of what I would be doing and I had to take a short quiz online for personal information.

They just changed the policy. it use to be only sick days for full time employees who have accrued hours to do so. Now it is 3 sick days per year then it becomes a point and at 8 points you are terminated from the company.
