The interview was terrible,( the salon manager) I didn’t understand what she was asking me , also she was late forgot about me , I was waiting for her , the other employee were looking for Her had an appointment at Rosemead ca they need to replace this lady . This was for the salon .
I went into the store and had a one on one interview with the general manager. She asked me some of my favorite brands and what I would do if a customer was looking for a product we didn't carry (Sephora is not the right answer ;) ). She asked about what I did at my last job and then offered me the job at the end.
I was in a group interview with 5 other girls. You want to control the group interview along with another girl - know your beauty influencers and know what makeup brands Ulta carry. Be friendly but not overbearing.
You go into the the temp agency and fill out the application
