Great company if you want to advance within the sports field. Friendly environment, quite casual. Work usually comes in cycles and can be very repetitive. Teamwork is a must. Good company, but no real chance for advancement within.

It's the fastest growing sport with some of the hardest working people behind it. 24/7/365 mentality. There is no off season. Job requires to be on your toes at all times always looking to make a new opportunity to engage with fans and promote the brand.

UFC is a great company for someone who is absolutely in love with fighting. For an average person though, the glamour of working for the premiere fighting company wears off quickly. Employees are over worked and overtime is frowned upon. Employees in production are expected to work around 50 hours/week with no overtime if you are salaried or with overtime pay that is less than the regular hourly wage. The company tries to make up for this by throwing a big Holiday party each year.
Free tickets to some Las Vegas Fights.
Long hours, poor compensation, lack of recognition, overworked.
