The interview process is very thorough. You will get the opportunity to meet with various individuals from across the organization to make certain candidates are a good fit for the culture.

Telephonic as there are no chances to miss the call. where ever i am i cam make room for myself and attend the call. But any mode of interview with proper intimation will be more comfortable.
