I've been with umos for the past 25 yrs since graduating college. . Room for promotion at all levels. I have an extended family an friends at UMOS. BEEN ABLE TO CLIMB MY WAY UP TO A MSNAGERS PPDITION THROUGH HSRD WORK AND DEDICATION.
Free lunches events and volunterring opportunities
Not enough time to to really get to meet new hires
Super unorganized. This company only cares about making themselves look good. They don't care about their employees. I transitioned into this company as a regional manager and I was embarrassed to call myself a leader of this organization because of the lack of respect and empathy that they showed for their staff. The benefits they offer are horrible - you're better off paying out-of-pocket or going to free clinics. My advice: seek employment elsewhere. This is not a good place to work. From what I've seen at the regional level, everyone is itching to leave. Everyone quickly seeks other opportunities once they start working here.
Can't think of anything
The benefits they offer are awful
Work Day typically starts early at 6:30am, arriving early and getting the day started makes the rest of the day go smooth. It is good to do a walk around of the facility to get organized for the day/week. This helps with learning and using organizational skill make he whole day productive.
Easy work schedule
Hard find time for a full break.
It’s ok but people don’t appreciate your job they expect you to do much for them and they don’t really appreciate your job duties .the manager doesn’t tell u hi she is really rude they talk about everything When it comes to helping out in a situation they throw u under the bus
