Typical Serving Job
Server (Former Employee) - Ashburn, VA - October 5, 2023
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedPretty typical, manager at the time was a bit high maintained but tips were good. This was all precovid so not really sure what the vibe is like there now

Environment was decent, money was bad
Server (Former Employee) - Arlington, TX - November 28, 2023
Environment was decent, management was flexible with schedules, and for the most part understanding and supportive. The restaurant was never busy on weekdays and would overstaff the servers on the floor so no servers would make money and management sucked at making cuts. Bussers sucked too and it felt like we tipped out for nothing. Weekdays expect to make 50$ or less a shift.

Very good, fast paced place to work
Hostess (Former Employee) - Raleigh, NC - November 21, 2023
I opened with the restaurant, and management in the beginning were plentiful. People coming from different states to train different departments within the restaurant to ensure it success. It got busy within months. Unfortunate that it closed.

Don’t work here big mistake
Server (Current Employee) - Bethesda, MD - November 12, 2023
This is literally the worst job I ever worked. The favoritism is crazy if you’re not a favorite you get treated like dirt. They take “5%” of your sales from your tips and if you don’t make enough in tips you owe the restaurant. They overwork you to the bone and you do it all for a whopping $4 an hour. I got fazed at 8 and left at 12 in the morning and i was just cleaning. If you’re not a favorite they’ll give you terrible sections too so you make no money and you’re getting worked to the bone. If you have two jobs you’re screwed because they don’t respect your availability either. Don’t work here the turnover rate is the highest I’ve ever seen because it is literally the worse place to ever work

Learned a lot, great teamwork. Liked the food as well, management was nice and friendly. I would def work there again and suggest it to others as well.

it’s an okay place
Server (Former Employee) - Spring, TX - November 11, 2023
Some managers are great, others not so much. The coworkers are fun and amazing but tip share is a pain. There is also too much family that works here as well and can seem unfair.

Decent money but lack compassion
Assistant General Manager (Former Employee) - Fort Worth, TX - November 9, 2023
Expect to be on call 24/7, stay late and come in early. Tenured staff that are uncoachable. Unrealistic expectations that hurt the way the restaurant is ran

high tip share yet no food runners or bussers
Server (Former Employee) - Woodbridge, VA - November 2, 2023
i quit because they were cutting labor and we had barely any food runners so servers were made to run food while still tip sharing 5% of sales and bussing our own tables.

Horrible Managment
Server (Former Employee) - Naperville, IL - October 31, 2023
If you want to go to work and get harassed by management this place is for you! I would NEVER recommend anyone work here unless you want to hate going into to work every day and not making enough money for it to even be slightly bearable.

Absolutely awful, do not work here.
Busser (Current Employee) - Fort Worth, TX - October 27, 2023
Rude and idiotic management. No breaks and standing whole shift. Treated like Garbage and less than human. Expected to do everything that nobody else wants to do.

The team work system is broken here
Line Cook (Former Employee) - 6105 slide Rd - October 12, 2023
Not a healthy environment ment .. no one wanted to train me I went in a four to be told no one will be available till six .. and that's even if that person wanted to train me .. The GM exact words were " right now I'm not worried about it I have my own things to worry about "... Well good luck keeping people that way .. that's cause I was really looking forward to working here I wouldn't know anything I didn't even get to clock in

Not the best place to work at.
Server (Former Employee) - 9201 N Freeway, Fort Worth, Tx 76177 - October 9, 2023
The best part about the job is the fellow team members, but that is quickly dwarfed in comparison by the egregious management, poor training if any training at all, and subpar pay. There is also a major lack of culture, and just about all employees at one point or another throughout each day will ask themselves, “Why am I still working here?”.
Pros
Nice and friendly coworkers
Cons
Poor management, bad training, and terrible tipshare/pay.

Keeping a positive attitude, improving when things are not coming the way it’s supposed to, going the extra mile to make the costumer satisfied.
Corporate Trainer/Bartender/Server (Former Employee) - Dallas, TX - October 7, 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? Interacting with customers and employees. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? Some of these situation have been when I see the frustration of a costumer, when I know that we as a team failed to do better, even if had the tools. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? The environment is friendly, fun, welcoming and festive, with a team oriented culture. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Showing up on time, saying hello to my team (coworkers) checking up for highlights for the day, and get set up the shift.

bad place to work
Bartender (Current Employee) - Brookfield, WI - October 3, 2023
Ignorant and unsupportive management, lackluster training protocol, complete lack of regard for your personal life and overall general poor systems and policies make this one of the worst jobs I’ve ever had. Expect your schedule to change 12 hours before your day off and be called in. I bust my a** and get taken advantage of and walked all over by servers and management for $500 a week. Will not be here long

average restaurant job but very corporate
Restaurant Hostess (Current Employee) - Woodbridge, VA - September 26, 2023
it’s alright, nothing out of the ordinary but pretty average. it’s a restaurant job. tip-share is high, and they make you do lots of side work. it’s a corporate chain.

Not for me
Server Assistant (Former Employee) - Bridgewater, NJ - September 25, 2023
Way too stressful for me and I was there for like under 3 days. Weird vibe for sure. Also management at the time was off. That was a pretty long time ago though so might be different now

The workplace is a tight-knit community where colleagues treat each other like family, fostering a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere.
Hostess/Server/Bartender/Trainer (Former Employee) - Gaithersburg, MD - September 24, 2023
For your first job, it’s an excellent opportunity to kickstart your journey in handling guests and mastering pressure. The potential earnings are quite rewarding if you’re willing to put in the effort. Unfortunately, recent changes due to new corporate management have had a negative impact, but overall, it remains an invaluable starting point for your career.

not much movement in position
To-Go Specialist (Former Employee) - Vernon Hills, IL - September 22, 2023
nice people but a bit cliquey. can usually leave early but doesn’t give lots of hours even at fulltime. managers are good and the place is relatively clean.

average
Hostess (Former Employee) - Spring, TX - September 21, 2023
Overall it was a decent job. The workplace environment was alright Although the scheduling and the constant schedule changes without notice weren't very practical. The managers were alright too but the constant changes inside the restaurant and doing stuff outside of the hostess position like bussing tables watering plants outside because we couldn't keep employees wasn't great.

Not good unless you’re in school
Server (Current Employee) - Bethesda, MD - September 21, 2023
Restaurant seems to be ran very in-efficiently. Servers all seem to have been working there for less than a month and are constantly being rotated out because no one wants to stay.
