Monet scheduling system doesn't provide you with a set schedule so you have to be flexible, but it is worth dealing with because the company is great. You are guaranteed 40 hours as long as you can prove that you know what you're doing. Great support system with regards to supervision and management. The energy is positive and encouraging.

Fast paced and very busy. We are expected to pack about 30 boxes an hour. We get a lot of work during the holiday season.

I would tell the CEO to add drug testing for all seasonal employees. I worked there during the 2017 holiday season and warehouse staff were so stoned you smelled it on their clothes. Also, some temporary warehouse workers packed people's orders so badly, there were too many damaged orders. Then when customers called to complain, too often the customer service staff was rude.
