Company was very flexible with hours, as long as I put in my required hours of 40 hours a week. Company often extended us an early leave prior to major holidays. On Fridays we had Jeans day. During lunches we were able to play basketball, volleyball, take walks on trails around the lake as well as using the in-house Gym.

I am sure the interview process has changed since I was hired in 1999. There is a regulated process that is followed and includes screening through Human Resources. I would come prepared with questions. There is considerable information available online about UL at www.ul.com.
