Work & Life Balance

good pay, fast paste, and will burn you out in 6-12 months
Clean warehouse, good equipment. nice people, good pay. very active/ demanding job. 80% of selectors don't last a year. Overtime is mandatory. an average 10h shift is usually 12h min. When work is too much, they will schedule you on your days of (no mater your availability) and write people up for not complying. When calling in sick, usually no one will pick up the phone. you will hate management, but they just get pressured themselves.HR used to help you out with your benefits, Now the just hand out business cards with a number to call. Every response is "you have to call this number".Going in knowing this, its a great job. Expecting more just causes friction and frustration.
Supervisor in Chesterfield, NH
on June 13, 2021
UNFI was a company with a purpose when I first began. Now, they are putting their smaller businesses out, focusing on leveraging their bigger accounts, and overworking/underpaying their employees. Due to short staffing and constant turnover, you are forced to take on tasks above your pay grade, but with no job title alignment or raise.

Horrible place to work supervisor don’t care about nothing but getting the job done your days off they make you come in you work holidays plus the people that work here have no class at all
Loader/Unloader in Centralia, WA

A new company in the area they hired to many people at 1st and lots of people just standing. Mandatory 12 hrs shifts. Always rotating schehdules due to the turnover rate
Packer in 14900 Meridian Parkway

The company advertises $21/hour pay but when you get in they are gonna tell you that you will make $16.99/hour and they will treat you like they are expendable.
