Leaving this place would be due to not having enough work. Working a 4 day schedule with 40-45 hours a week just don't cut it. Unless I can work 5 days consistently every week I will unfortunately have to look elsewhere

No teamwork and too much micromanaging not even allowed to talk in planning etc. Who welcomes that type of environment?
