Recently interviewed for a Transportation Supervisor position. I sat with 3 interviewers and the questions they asked were what you would expect to hear in an interview. No big surprises.
Phone interview, waiting, long but enjoyable primary interview very informative, passing a detailed drive test.

Quick and great
Interview first. If you seem like a good candidate you will be given an offer letter along with paperwork for your drug test and physical.
Once they receive the results of your test (it took 3 weeks for me) they will contact you for orientation.
Good. You're told about the companies roots and are allowed to ask the questions you chose to ask.
