Within my first two weeks I experienced hostility from my trainers, the chefs, and management... Apparently the facility has been through several managers and dining companies. As a result, the lack of team has been frustrating to say the least. Little accountability and lack of respect for managers and co workers has made a chaostic and a stressful work environment. The negative gossip from management on down is draining!!! I love the residents and that's the reason I plan keep the job! The residents are exceptional people and I feel it's a privilege to serve them! The benefit of helping them enjoy a nice meal with a smile is my number one Focus! Another positive of unidine is the free food of course!

Culty environment. To much time quoting "unidine way" and never living up to it. Food needed for recipes is almost never available. They want you to give them all your recipes so they can claim them as their own and add to data base
