Sales Manager in Manassas, VA
on June 21, 2017
The training and advancement opportunities is what kept me with Unifirst for years. I started with the company as an installer and left as a sales manager that helped open a new location in Manassas, VA. After the first year of opening the new location, we were ranked second in the region in sales with a ton of new business going into the new fiscal year.

It's a good place to work......it needs some work in some areas though for example they need more help in certain departments, management needs to better understand that employees have other endeavors in their life that they are involved in as well and that they are not always going to be purely work devoted

The work itself isn’t too hard but the management isn’t very helpful and not much room for advancement most of the hours are early in the morning so if you not a morning person I wouldn’t recommend it
