Increasingly dysfunctional executive level leadership. Actual work force is shrinking with multiple layoffs, yet the company seems to place people with little to limited knowledge of the work itself into executive roles.

Political culture allows incompetent managers to deceive senior managers with inflated and inaccurate information and statistics about progress and to instal fear in subordinates. If it weren't for the generous salary my tenure would be long-term
