It’s the Railroad. They expect you to work all the time and keep those shareholders rich. Management is looking to fire you any chance they can. They keep the workforce lean and hungry. If you can stand the work life balance, or lack of the job has good benefits and decent pay. It just depends if you can make it through the first few years. It’s tough, - more...
