Marketing Program Coordinator Lead (Current Employee) – Rancho Dominguez, CA – October 14, 2017
Not all department are on the same page. Nobody respects deadlines. Some don't rely to emails. Ive learned how to coordinate a program from start to finish and act when there is an issue. I also learned how to be a leader and I've become a vital teammate to my department. Management is not what I would like to work under. Hardest part of the job is not all departments or executives do not respect deadlines, they don't and we end up staying late or rushed to finish. Enjoyable are the few employees of the company I work with.
Customer Service Representative (Former Employee) – Compton, CA – March 13, 2017
I learned customer service and how to deal with individuals without having to be face to face with them. Many people had attitudes and were very upset with their order and it was a pleasure to send people away with smiles.
I had a temporary assignment, with very little room for advancement. Also mandatory overtime, cannot leave until shipping goal is met. I enjoyed this job because it really push me to work harder to get my job done.
Warehouse Supervisor (Former Employee) – Rancho Dominguez, CA – April 25, 2013
Union Supply was a good place to work. It had many opportunities for improvement in the Warehouse. Management saw the challenge and moved to improve the Warehouse operations. The hardest part of the job was esablishing the replenishmnet process. The most enjoyable part of the job was seeing the replenishmnet process up and running and how it improved the overall efficency of the warehouse.
