AVOID If You Value Your Mental Health

Initially things start out great. The CEO is very kind and makes you feel welcomed to be a part of the team (ESPECIALLY if you're young and blonde).After 4 weeks, you'd be lucky to have not already witnessed one of his anger management outbursts. He's very prideful, braggadocios, condescending, rude, and generally unpleasant to be around. He doesn't shy away from an opportunity to make it known in front of others (clients and colleagues alike) how wrong you are and how frustrated he is now that he's decided to take over your task...Many things are micromanaged. You're expected to work outside of business hours if it's relevant to the task(s) at hand otherwise you'll hear that your work performance is low and inefficient on the daily team meeting phone call. I could go on. If you're skeptical, then go on LinkedIn and check out all the previous employees and you'll notice how awful the employee retention-rate is. The money, let alone the CEO, is not worth your time, besides you're not going to last a year anyways.
