How long does it take to get hired from start to finish at United Airlines? What are the steps along the way?

It took me less than 24 hours from submitting an application for Ramp Agent Position, completing the assessment, receiving invite for an interview, scheduling the interview, and doing the video interview to getting the job. All within 24 hours. I don't know how it all happened so fast, but I am grateful. I have my orientation in about 3 weeks.

No long wait.

2 months process. 1 month waiting for the interview, medical test and 3 days later I got an email for my orientation.

It dont take long for use to be hired fast hire and also u have to be careful or u lose it fast with ur points of being late and absent

Well,it normally will take 45 days,the badging process is the longest part.

The hiring process can take as little as one month depending on staffing needs. I know they are scheduling more classes to begin in September of this year! Go get your FA with a top airline UNITED! Two months from the training and six month old OGT
