The hours & shifts depend upon the positions and the business need; but we do understand that work/life/balance is important and do our best to provide ample notice related to scheduling.

Hours vary depending on department needs. Traditional work weeks are 40-50 hours depending on what's happening within the team. #teamworkmakesthedreamwork

Many of our non-exempt roles are partnered with a monthly bonus program that is dependent upon meeting goals. The bonuses vary by department and tend to be competitive since we believe that hard work should be rewarded. Most bonus programs don't start producing until around month 3 when most folks have their arms around the company and their role within the team.
