You get 10 vacation days your first year (which are prorated if you start mid year) and 10 sick days as well as 2 personal days. They don’t carry over into the next year, and aren’t paid out. But, every extra year you work with the company, you’re given more vacation time off.

Pretty good. 10 sick days, plus extended sick leave as you gain seniority with them. Once you obtain 3 years, you have 13 weeks of extended sick leave which is good to run concurrent with FMLA pay, so you don't have to worry about income.
