No advancement opportunities. Too much nepotism and favoritism. There is no room for advancement with in the company. They only care about the bottom line employees mean nothing. They have forgotten that the employees make the company. They only worry about the clients. I am sure someone is sitting in my seat already. But 6 yrs with the company wasn't all bad but the the last year was pure MISERY.

This company was a good beginning to a career in call center, very fast pace, very informative . Management was fair, work place environment was good. The hardest part about the job may have been listening to customers who where rude and insubordinate. The good part was knowing how to be empathetic and sympathetic to their needs knowing they were ill.

Letting Case Manage know what doctors and patients will need to submit with appeal request. Worked with pharmacies letting them know patient was approved for their drug coverage.
