Sr. Project Manager (Current Employee) –  Blue Bell, PAJune 10, 2019
In general lacks leadership and cohesiveness. Sr. Management will take your ideas to promote as their own. Very little professional advancement. No infrastructure for employee support.
Pros
There is a need in the Pharma/biotech companies for the type of work UBC offers
Cons
Lack of strategy and direction from senior management, Poor understanding of how to drive market share

Nurse Clinician (Former Employee) –  Overland Park, KSJuly 17, 2019
Lack of training. Poor senior manager. Manager was unapproachable and staff was afraid to voice their opinion. I would never recommend anyone for this job.

Patient Services Coordinator (Former Employee) –  St. Louis, MOJuly 11, 2019
This company was a good beginning to a career in call center, very fast pace, very informative . Management was fair, work place environment was good. The hardest part about the job may have been listening to customers who where rude and insubordinate. The good part was knowing how to be empathetic and sympathetic to their needs knowing they were ill.
