A great place to work if you dont need a secured schedule
Sr. Reimbursement Specialist (Former Employee) – Sait Louis, MO – September 14, 2017
I started off as a Sr. Reimbursement Specialist. loved this job because of the pay and the PTO availability. This job is for you if you don't mind shift bids. This is also a call center and most people don't know that until hired. If you are looking to be a salaried employee this review might not help you.

RN (Former Employee) – Florida – August 20, 2019
This is the worst company that I've ever worked for in my life. The jobs seems catchy at first. They pay top dollar for RNs because they know that at any given moment if the "client" pulls the plug then the entire program will be without a job. It's essentially a call center job with little room for advancement. The "client" and/or management come up with the most ridiculous rules/standard operating procedures. The nurses are basically harassing the patients over one medication. The practices that this company allows the "clients" to implement are pretty much immoral and unethical. Clinical staff feeds the patient a bunch of BS about medications that there isn't much real clinical data to support the use of. It's a waste of time....do not apply here because there isn't any job security and there definitely isn't any autonomy for nurses.
Clinical Trial Specialist (Current Employee) – Kansas City, MO – August 10, 2019
Promises that are not able to be delivered. The leadership is corrupt and maintains unrealistic expectations. Staff working at lower levels often forced to assume decisions of leadership and hold all accountability for negative outcome without recognition for success. No training available for long-time staff when new systems and processes are implemented. If you enjoy working you'll be rewarded with more than you can handle. Otherwise, sit back and relax with only a modicum of stress. The dress code and hours are flexible enough to be of benefit. Benefits deteriorate dramatically every year.
