Quality environment to learn and develop sales skills
UBT is an excellent company to begin a sales career. Management is excellent at training and mentoring new sales executives to help them develop quality outside sales skills. Commission and earnings are uncapped and territories are fairly laid out.
Work/life balance is limited, however. The hours can be very long and overwhelming. Vacation is limited - more ... and not encouraged until a strong pipeline is established.
