Can be a great place to work if not for management
Written by Direct Support Professional (DSP) (Current Employee) from Hauppauge, NY on November 4, 2018
The house that I am in is a great house. The staff that I work with all work as a team. Management has outside agencies that come in and do not do the job that the are supposed to do. Staff is not appreciated for the hard work that they put in. Management does not listen to staff concerns and blows it off as gossip.
ProsVery rewarding working with the individuals
ConsShort staff management has favorites to work extra hours
