There are WAY too many management, supervisor and senior management positions. Getting an answer to a question feels like running a marathon. There are too many people who have input and no one ever answers a question the same way. Policies are vague and adjusted to fit whatever scenario outcome they want to achieve rather than standard for all. There - more ... is a lot of "do as I say not as I do" going around. - less
